4. Payment Terms

• The fees for visa consultation and support services are clearly communicated upon request.
• Payments are due upfront before service execution unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellation & Withdrawal

• Clients may cancel within 14 days of contract confirmation unless services have already begun.
• Cancellation after service commencement may incur fees.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content (text, graphics, structure, and branding) is the property of Livre Vida Jovem unless otherwise credited.
• Use, reproduction, or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Livre Vida Jovem is not liable for visa denials, processing delays, or changes in immigration law.

8. Force Majeure

• Livre Vida Jovem is not responsible for delays or service disruptions caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or government action.
